WINE & DINE EVENING

SATURDAY 8TH MARCH - 7.30PM

Your incoming Captain invites you to our annual Wine & Dine evening.

This is always a brilliant event - this year hosted by our fabulous new caterers. The cost will be £25 for a 3 course meal.

A list has been placed on the noticeboard outside of the Mellor Room to sign up with your food choices, or email Cheryl on cheryl@mellorgolf.co.uk and I can add you to the list. 

Lynn Sam & George have put together a delicious menu, as follows -

Starters

Cajun Prawns - garlic toast, black pepper mayonnaise

Homemade French Onion Soup - cheesy crouton

Chargrilled Honey Mustard Halloumi - tomato tapenade

 

Mains

Grilled Chicken - crushed garlic & herb potatoes, tenderstem broccoli shallot & smoked bacon fricassee

Pan Fried Seabass - red pesto gnocchi, asparagus tips, peas,

roasted tomatoes & garlic butter

Goats Cheese & Caramelised Red Onion Tart - sweet potato puree,

Mediterranean vegetables, tomato & basil velouté

 

Desserts

Wild Berry Eton Mess

White Chocolate Cheesecake - chocolate dipped strawberries, raspberry sorbet

Selection of Cheese & Biscuits - celery & grapes, onion chutney
