Overview

Strategy is essential on this hole where accuracy is more important than distance. A shot to the middle of the fairway will leave you a clear second shot over the ditch and pond to approach the green. Beware of the lateral water hazard and out of bounds down the left from the tee.

Professional Tip

An intriguing double dogleg, first moving right to left then left to right for your second shot. Ideally, a shot played over the corner on the left, to open the green up for your second shot - avoid going right this will block you out.

Second shot can be played with a fairway wood or long iron over the ditch and pond, leaving a short shot into a two-tiered green sloping from back to front.
